^{ORDER CONFIRMATION}

^{Once we received your order we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail. The confirmation includes information about your order. Always check your confirmation details and contact us immediately if you have any questions or would like to make any changes.}

^{Please note that all products are sent from our store, because of this the webshop is not always updated with the correct availability. We therefore have to reserve the right to end the purchase if the product is out of stock at the moment.}

^PRICES

^{All rates of Palmgrens are in SEK and include VAT, if you're located in the EU. If you've entered our webshop from a non-EU country and thus not liable to pay VAT, the VAT will automatically be deducted from the purchase. A delivery fee will be calculated and added to your order.}

^{Palmgren's reserves the right to adjust prices and possible price errors.}

^{PRODUCT PRESENTATION}

^{We have done everything we can to show all the colours correctly on our webshop, however we can not guarantee that all of the photos reflects the product's exact appearance. This is due to the fact that different computers and displays have different settings which can make the colours be perceived differently depending from where you visit Palmgrens.se.}

^{TERMS OF PAYMENT}

^{We offer our customers to pay directly online by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No card fees are charged. We reserve the right to decline your order if we do not get authorization for your payment.}

^{We also offer payment via PayPal, for domestic and international customers.}

^{Prices are quoted in SEK and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price, and will be added and shown when you proceed to pay.}

^{The specified amount is reserved on your account until we confirm that your the product(s) is / are available. Payment terms are specified depending on the payment method.}

^{We handle your personal information in the safest way possible. All transactions are processed by DIBS allowing for secure online transactions. DIBS guarantees fast and secure payment and qualify for the PCI DSS.}

^{All of your information related to your payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) when transferring to DIBS and your card details will not be recorded or stored by Palmgrens. Please note that you must have parental permission to shop at Palmgrens.se if you are under 18 years of age.}

^{UNRETRIEVED PACKAGE}

^{For all unretrieved packages we will charge a fee of 250 SEK. The fee represents the cost of administration and shipping. If you should change your mind about the purchase when the package is sent from us, you must accept the delivery and then return it to us. If the package is not able to be delivered, it will be automatically registered as unretrieved package and charged accordingly.}

^{EXCHANGE & REFUNDS}

^{When purchasing from www.palmgrens.se or through contact with the store, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the time the product is received and delivered.}

^{Reimbursement for a returned product will be refunded to the customer's account within 30 days. We will refund the money to your account as soon as we received and approved your returned product(s).}

^{If you receive a damaged package, we ask you to report this immediately to the delivery point. If you discover other damages after opening your package, please contact us immediately at webshop@palmgrens.se}

^RETURNS

^{We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. If at any time you are not completely satisfied with a purchases made from Palmgrens.se, or directly through contact with the store, you have the right to return your package within 14 days from the date that you received your order. The cancelling period in accordance with given regulations regarding online purchases.}

^{In order for us to approve the return, the product has to be in its original condition. The product should be in its original package together with its dust bag and/or box along with any accessories. Any transport damages due to faulty packaging will be charged to the customer. We ask you kindly to avoid sending and putting address labels directly on the inner packaging.}

^{We ask you to note that it is not regarded as an exercise of the right of withdrawal not to pick up a package or not to receive a delivery.}

^{We also ask you to note that you are responsible to pay for the return postage/delivery and ask you to save your return receipt and freight documents and share these details with us through mail.}

^{TERMS OF DELIVERY}

^{Shipping conditions and fees are calculated in the shopping chart depending on your selected shipping method.}

^{DELAYS IN DELIVERY}

^{Although we do our utmost to deliver your product in the time promised, it may be delayed. If your delivery is delayed, please contact us immediately and we will help you further.}

^{ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE THE EU}

^{We aks you to note that any local taxes, import charges and custom fees are payable by the purchaser and importer.}

^{FORCE MAJEURE}

^{In the event of a change in legislation, government action, labour conflicts, war, fire, sabotage, accident of larger scale and in cases where they could not be predicted and therefore could not be prevented so that this affects the contractual agreements with Palmgrens.se, we consider ourselves exempt from to fulfilment of the purchase as well as any obligations this entails.}
