For this model, we recommend sizing up, as the heel should rest right below the rounded heel's edge.
Please note that the slipper is made from natural materials that tend to stretch slightly over time. A slipper that feels slightly tight the first time you wear it will likely fit perfectly after being worn a few times. However, it should not be a struggle to put them on.
